Forbidden Supervision/Mentorship
We provide a truly one-of-a-kind supervision experience to BCBA candidates; our entire supervision plan is grounded in viewpoint diversity, building strong people and communication skills, Organizational Behavior Management/ Industrial Organization Psychology principles, and self-awareness of our own biases and beliefs. We believe one of the most important pieces of human services is learning to better understand others, and be willing to have our own beliefs challenged. Supervision incorporates constructive debate, conversational styles under distress and across differing levels of leadership, and entrepreneurial skills for those who wish to use their credential in their own niche or unique manner. We also aim to make supervision as affordable as possible; we know how difficult it is out there!
Monthly Rate (for full hours): $300.00
*This can be remote or in-person. In-person will be offered in the Chicagoland area.
All supervision sessions come with follow-up notes for review and homework assignments sent the following day.
We also provide 1:1 mentorship for $55.00/hour; you decide the frequency!
